Incorporating all these we need to shift now our attention and focus to content creation (Including trending content), metrics & performance indicators. How to do this? By understanding the needs of customers and creating a distinctive, above the crowd advantage. This embraces many things from deciding who our customers are to streamlining what offline channels or online platforms we will use to reach out to these profile of clients.
